Do you love a good stir fry? It’s one of those dishes you can just throw everything in and add a yummy flavour and there you have it; a hearty, healthy dish! I have been experimenting with dŌTERRA Essential Oils in my kitchen lately after having experienced their amazing physical and emotional benefits. I love using lemongrass topically for clarity and vision but also love the smell and taste! One night I didn’t have anything to add to my dish for that added flavouring, not to realise that I have the highest quality flavouring around sitting right there looking at me! Yes, essential oils. Note, not all essential oils can be used internally and I highly recommend only using if permitted. Truly grateful, I use dŌTERRA Essential Oils which are CPTG (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade) which means I can use the oils that allow it, internally.

Note, when cooking with essential oils never heat the oil in the process of cooking the food as this will remove the medicinal benefits. Always add the oil after the food is cooked.
